§ Mr. Iain MacleodNo particular terms of assessment have been approved for this purpose. The matter has been left to the discretion of the local health authorities. I have no information about the percentage of users of the service who have refused to pay the charges.

§ Mr. Iain MacleodAt 31st December last the service employed 3,610 full-time and 21,841 part-time home helps, and 380 full-time organizers. I have no information about other administrative staff engaged in this service.
