§ 81. Mr. McAddenasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is aware of the proposal to use Potton Island, Essex, as a fragmentation range; and if he will consult with the Minister of Supply to prevent the use of valuable agricultural land for this purpose.
§ Sir T. DugdaleI am aware of this proposal, and I am in touch with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply about it. I shall make every effort to ensure that there is no avoidable interference with agricultural production on the Island.
