§ Miss HorsbrughThe County Council wrote to me on 5th June to inform me of the action they were taking in seeking to report to my right hon. Friend the Minister of Labour under the Industrial Disputes Order a dispute between the County Council and those of its employees, including teachers, represented by the Joint Emergency Committee of the Professions. After consultation with me my right hon. Friend is seeking further information from the County Council, and in these circumstances I am deferring my reply.
