§ Sir D. Maxwell FyfeI have seen an article in the "Hayes Chronicle" of 5th April which quotes from a document stated to have been issued by the local Communist Party. The activities recommended in the document are well known as methods of Communist propaganda and I do not think any action by me is called for.
