§ Miss HorsbrughI hope that the improved grants which I am offering to some technical colleges will enable these colleges both to improve their courses and to increase their output of well-educated technologists. It is too soon to say what further steps I shall wish to take in this matter or on any other recommendations of this Report which are my concern.
