§ 76. Mr. Boothbyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland, whether he can now make an announcement regarding the new grant-and-loan scheme for herring and inshore fishermen.
§ 78. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement setting out his plans to assist, by grants and loans, the inshore and other fishermen of Scotland, and indicate when he expects these plans to be put in force.
§ Mr. J. StuartI regret that I am not yet in a position to make an announcement about further assistance for the building of fishing vessels, but I hope it will be possible to do so shortly.
