§ Mr. Mitchisonasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware that the house drains in Grafton Underwood, near Kettering, at present discharge into open water in the middle of the village; that in dry weather the open water is low and stagnant and that, as a result, Grafton Underwood is malodorous and unhealthy and when he proposes to sanction the sewerage scheme in the village.
