§ 66. Mr. Moyleasked the Minister of Education what action she proposes to take in the case of Mr. Johnson Ball, principal of the Halesowen Technical College, following upon the representations she has received from the right hon. and learned Member for Rowley Regis and Tipton (Mr. A. Henderson) and the hon. Member for Oldbury and Halesowen; and whether she will now institute an inquiry into his dismissal in accordance with the provisions of Section 68 of the Education Act, 1944.
