§ Mr. R. A. ButlerNo. I am satisfied that an adequate amount of foreign currency has been allowed to the competitors. Spectators have been allowed exceptionally to pay in sterling in the United Kingdom for tickets of admission to the Games, but we cannot afford any further concession.
