§ Mr. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what action he has taken on the resolution of 129W the National Association of Probation Officers at their annual general meeting on 3rd May, a copy of which has been sent to him, calling on Her Majesty's Government to appoint a Departmental committee to consider the economic, social and legal disabilities of illegitimate children.
