§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftI have not yet been asked to approve a further allocation from the British Film Production Fund to the Children's Film Foundation Ltd. I understand that this matter is under discussion at the moment between the Foundation and the four trade associations, representing the film industry, with whose agreement such an allocation would be made.
