§ 63. Mr. Steeleasked the Minister of Transport when he proposes to publish the draft order embodying the scheme for the future administration of the Clyde.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydClause 18 of the Transport Bill proposes the repeal of the Sections of the Transport Act, 1947, relating to schemes as to trade harbours. In the circumstances, I do not propose to proceed further with the scheme submitted to me by the British Transport Commission relating to the reorganisation of trade harbours on the Clyde.
