§ Mr. J. StuartI am in touch with my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade about the recommendations of this Report. The Government will consider sympathetically, within the limitations on capital investment, any industrial projects which may be put forward for the north-east of Scotland which make worthwhile contribution to defence, export or other essential production.
