§ Brigadier Medlicottasked the Minister of Food if he is aware of the continuing and urgent need for another sugar beet factory in the southern part of England; and if he will give his approval to the construction of such a factory, preferably in or near the county of Norfolk, having regard to the large quantity of sugar beet grown in that county.
