§ 95. Major Anstruther-Grayasked the Minister of Food what action he proposes to take to ensure that prompt payment is made for graded pigs, following the complaints that have been made from the south-east of Scotland that payment is often much overdue.
Dr. HillThe delay in payments for pigs in this district due partly to the heavy burden of work arising from the recent Farm Price Review has been substantially reduced during the last month and my right hon. and gallant Friend is seeing whether further improvements can be made.
