§ Sir D. Maxwell FyfeThe restriction on the sale of Coronation souvenirs of a permanent character incorporating Royal emblems before 1st January, 1953, applies only to retail sales to the general public and there would be no objection to their sale by way of sample to wholesalers before that date.
