§ Lord Malcolm Douglas-Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when it is proposed to commence work on the Ellishader Township Road, since the county council have indicated that they were prepared and ready to undertake works in that area; and whether he will make a statement concerning the scheme of this proposed new road.
