§ 63. Mr. Errollasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if, in view of his policy of restricting credit facilities to firms and businesses, he will instruct all Government Departments to pay all moneys due by them to firms and individuals with the same degree of promptness as prevails in commercial transactions generally.
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterStanding instructions already exist on this matter. But if my hon. Friend knows of any case in which these instructions were not observed, I shall, of course, be happy to look into it.
