§ Mr. Basil Nieldasked the Secretary of State for War if he will consider formulating a scheme whereunder soldiers, who in the course of their national service are 17W required to serve abroad, may be compensated for additional premiums imposed by assurance companies with whom they hold policies of life insurance.
