asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury what decisions he has made in connection with the future activities of the Welsh and the Scottish Film Libraries, respectively.

None. So far as the Welsh Film Library is concerned, I have nothing to add to what my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer said in reply to a Question by the hon. Member on 5th February.

So far as the Scottish Film Library is concerned, discussions are proceeding with the Scottish Film Council with the object of continuing in the coming financial year the arrangement by which its Library issues official films as an agent of the Central Film Library.
