Mr. MacmillanI have received representations from the British Waterworks Association and from a number of water undertakings. The total tonnage available for schemes of water supply in the second quarter of this year will probably be less than requirements. Subject to this, I shall do what I can, within the allocation, to meet the more urgent needs.
