Hughesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has considered the recommendations contained in the Report of 103W the Joint Committee of the British Medical Association and the Magistrates Association on the Law in Relation to the Illegitimate Child, a copy of which has been sent to him; and whether he will take steps to implement them.
