asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish a list of all securities and trade investments held by the Bank of England.

No. It would be contrary to precedent and not in the public interest to disclose particulars of the Banking Department of the Bank of England other than those contained in the Weekly Bank Returns.
