§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe current issue of National Savings certificates was only introduced a year ago; and there are many other facilities available for small savings. There would not seem to be, therefore, any immediate need to increase the present limit of £375. But this is a question which, of course, I bring under review from time to time in the light of the progress of the savings campaign.
