§ 77. Mr. Beswickasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will introduce legislation this Session to implement the unanimous recommendations of the Committee on Resale Price Maintenance which issued its Report in June, 1949, particularly the recommendation that steps be taken to render illegal the application of sanctions which extend beyond the remedies open to an individual producer for any breach of resale price maintenance conditions.
