§ 126. Mr. McKibbinasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware that there are no arrangements for transfers of private building licences by mutual agreement between local authorities in Northern Ireland and local authorities in the rest of the United Kingdom; and whether, in view of the fact that this procedure is encouraged in Great Britain by Section 6 (1) of Circular 57/50, he will examine suitable reciprocal arrangements to achieve the same purpose as between Northern Ireland and the rest of the United Kingdom.
