§ 120. Dr. Kingasked the Minister of National Insurance whether he will amend his Regulations so that voluntary contributors to old age pensions prior to the new Act, who at some time ceased to be voluntary contributors, may have their years of voluntary contribution counted as qualifying years for retirement pensions, or have their voluntary contributions returned to them.
