§ Mr. Thornton-Kemsleyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer the amounts determined in respect of the 6,000 claims in England and Wales and the 5,000 claims in Scotland on the £3 million global fund which were rejected because they fell within the de minimis provisions of Sections 63 and 60, respectively, of the 1947 Town and Country Planning Act.
