§ Mr. NuttingNo arrangements have been made by Her Majesty's Government for such a tour. I understand, however, that certain hon. Members may be visiting the Middle East as guests of a Deputy of the Lebanese Parliament. In that case they will, of course, be travelling in an entirely private capacity.
