asked Her Majesty's Government what Tribunals have been established by Statute or by Statutory Instrument before which an individual is entitled to appear in person but is not allowed to be represented by a barrister, advocate or solicitor, or only be so represented by the consent of the Tribunal or the Chairman thereof, and under what Statute or Statutory Instruments were such Tribunals established.
