§ Mr. SandysThe National Advisory Council for the Motor Manufacturing Industry met three times in 1952. No report has been submitted to me by the Council. Their proceedings usually take the form of a general exchange of views between the industry and the Government. It would not normally be appropriate to publish an account of these discussions which are on a confidential basis.
