§ 91. Mr. Murrayasked the Minister of National Insurance if he is aware of the hardship caused to miners by the loss of 127W one or two days' pay a week over long periods whenever they require prolonged treatment involving attendance as outpatients at hospitals; and if he will amend his regulations so as to enable them to draw benefit under these circumstances.
§ Mr. PeakeDays on which a person is prevented from working because of medical treatment will generally be accepted as days of incapacity. But the Act does not enable isolated days of incapacity to count for benefit.
