HC Deb 09 December 1952 vol 509 c34W
109. Mr. Thornton-Kemsley

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer the aggregate of the claims on the £300 million global fund which were rejected because they failed to comply with the de minimis provisions of Section 63 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, and the corresponding provisions of the Scottish Act.

Mr. R. A. Butler

Up to 30th November, 1952, the Central Land Board had prepared determinations for about 6,000 claims in England and Wales and 5,000 in Scotland as falling within the de minimis provisions of Sections 63 and 60 respectively.
