Mr. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will circularise regional hospital boards making it clear 141W that accommodation for private patients under Section 5 (2) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act, 1947, is subject to the same provisos as accommodation made available under Section 5 (1).
