Darlingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will consider, in framing the terms of reference of the Royal Commission on Scottish Affairs, recommending the inclusion of an examination of the advantages, or otherwise, of a Scottish Parliament, on the pattern of that of Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. J. StuartThe terms of reference of the Royal Commission have already been determined and were announced by the Prime Minister in his statement to the House on 24th July.
