§ 63. Mr. Marloweasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that soldiers of the Regular Forces whose period of service expired just prior to the operation of the new scales of pension and retired pay now find themselves at a considerable disadvantage as compared with those enjoying the new rates; and whether he will introduce legislation to ensure that all time-expired soldiers of identical rank and length of service receive the same pension.
