§ Mr. GammansMy noble Friend cannot unfortunately consider establishing a new television station anywhere so long as the restrictions on new capital developments remain. I would, however, point out to my hon. Friend that East Anglia was not included in the list of five low-power stations which comprised the next development stage of television.
