§ Mr. GammansHer Majesty's Telegraph Ship "Monarch" has been chartered by the Bell Telephone Laboratories Incorporated of the United States of America to carry out cable laying operations for that Company in American waters. The charter is subject to the normal commercial terms and conditions, and the whole of the costs will be paid by the Bell Telephone Laboratories in dollars.
