§ Mr. H. MacmillanThe half way house referred to comprises 13 houses, Nos. 144 to 168 (even numbers) Gloucester Terrace. The Paddington Borough Council tell me that these houses at present accommodate 59 families, of whom 14, 31, and 5 respectively have been resident there for more than 6, 12 and 18 months.
