§ Miss HorsbrughThe local education authority have informed me that they propose to cease to provide secondary technical courses in the Technical College at Swindon. I am asking them to publish notices under Section 13 of the Education Act, 1944. I shall not be able to take any decision on the proposal until the notices have expired.
