§ 95. Mr. Wilkinsasked the Minister of Health whether, following the evidence submitted to him of the circularising of ex-patients reminding them that a two-year period had elapsed since they last had their sight tested and offering appointments should they desire re-examination, and as a fee of £1 is payable for an examination of the eyes, involving the expenditure of public money, he will take action to eliminate this by making the sending of such circulars a breach of the terms of the ophthalmic service.
§ Mr. CrookshankWhere this is a form of advertising and refers directly or by implication to the supplementary ophthalmic services it is already a breach of the opticians' terms of service.
