asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will arrange for a representative of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to serve on the Working Party dealing with Air Raid Precautions for farm animals.

The working party is an inter-Departmental body and it is not proposed to extend its scope at present. Interested organisations, of which the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is one, will be invited to give their views at a suitable stage.
