asked the Assistant Postmaster-General the number and value of trunk calls made by the Ministry of Supply during any recent convenient accounting period.

Mr. Gammans

On the basis of samples of traffic, it is estimated that the Ministry made 1,939,000 trunk calls in 1950–51 at a total value of £462,000.
