§ 132. Mr. Peter Freemanasked the Minister of Transport when the new parking place at the civic centre in Newport will be available as a temporary omnibus 143W station; and when the present arrangements at Factory Road will cease, in view of the growing inconvenience to local residents.
§ Mr. MaclayI understand that the Newport Borough Council have not been able to secure agreement with the local interests concerned on the proposed new bus station at Faulkner Road, and that an alternative site has been proposed.
