HC Deb 26 November 1951 vol 494 c111W
89. Mr. Hayman

asked the Minister of Transport what is the present position in regard to the draft byelaws submitted last June by Trinity House for an increase in pilotage rates for the port of Falmouth.

Mr. Maclay

The Corporation of Trinity House have informed me that in view of the increase in tanker traffic through Falmouth they propose to defer submitting their observations on the objections which have been lodged against the draft byelaws until the figures of pilots' earnings for 1951 are available.

The interested parties have been so informed and have raised no objection.
