§ 100. Mr. K. Robinsonasked the Minister of Health if he will give an assurance that in revising the Public Health (Tuberculosis) Regulations, he intends to preserve the existing statutory functions of the metropolitan borough councils in this field.
108. Dr. Jegerasked the Minister of Health to what extent he has under consideration a curtailment of the powers of the metropolitan borough councils to deal with tuberculosis; and whether he will make a statement on the matter before he takes any definite step.
