HC Deb 22 November 1951 vol 494 c77W
65. Mr. T. W. Jones

asked the Minister of Agriculture if his intention has been drawn to the prevalance of sheep worrying by straying dogs in many parts of North Wales; and what steps he proposes to take to alleviate the position.

Sir T. Dugdale

I am aware that in North Wales as in other parts of the country a number of cases of sheep worrying by dogs occur. The National Farmers' Union have recently put forward suggestions for dealing with this matter and those suggestions are at present receiving careful consideration.
