§ Mr. J. StuartNo representations have been received from the Scottish Police Federation about scales of pay since the improved scales of pensionable pay were introduced on 3rd August, 1951. A representation that ill-health pensions should be based on pay at the date of retirement instead of on average pay in the last three years of service will be discussed by the Police Council this month.
