38. Mr. Kaberry

asked the Minister of National Insurance when the honourable Member for North-west Leeds may receive an answer to his letter to him asking for the reasons why his predecessor in office did not reappoint Mr. G. L. Haggen of Leeds as chairman of the Leeds Local Appeal Tribunal after holding that office for 19 years.
