§ 60. Mr. Thomas Reidasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies how it is proposed to finance the development plan approved by the Gold Coast Government costing about £75,000,000 and the Volta River Project costing about £105,000,000.
§ Mr. Lyttelton:The methods proposed for financing the Gold Coast Development Plan are set out in Chapter 6 of the Plan itself. I am sending a copy to the hon. Member. The Volta River project is still at the stage of discussion and I have no statement to make at present on how it would be financed.
